Membership
No. Managed hosting is what we recommend, because it lets us look after the whole site end to end — but it is not required. If you host elsewhere, we hand the site over as agreed in the proposal.
Every launch comes with a 30-day defect warranty. After that, fixes for defects in FF-delivered work are part of every plan, Care included.
Costs
You do, at cost — domain fees are billed separately from the plan, with no markup. Third-party usage costs work the same way.
Yes. A year costs ten times the monthly fee — RM590, RM1,490 or RM2,990 — so two months are free.
High-usage commerce or special infrastructure can need more than the standard plans cover. In that case we quote a custom care price instead of squeezing it into one of the three.
Changes & support
No. The 60 minutes on Maintain and the three hours on Evolve are for that month. Keeping it that way is what lets us promise priority scheduling.
Content and visual adjustments to pages that already exist: new text, swapped images, a corrected price, a tidied section. New pages, redesigns, new features, campaign production and extensive content are quoted separately.
