Member Plans
FF Member is the name for FF Dev Studio’s managed-care plans for websites the studio has built. There are three: Care at RM59 a month or RM590 a year, Maintain at RM149 a month or RM1,490 a year, and Evolve at RM299 a month or RM2,990 a year. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit.
What is included
Care covers managed hosting, SSL and a CDN; uptime monitoring; backups or version recovery appropriate to the stack; security and dependency maintenance; and fixes for defects in work FF delivered. It does not include routine content changes.
Maintain includes everything in Care, plus up to 60 minutes of minor content or visual changes per month, priority WhatsApp support and a basic monthly health check.
Evolve includes everything in Maintain, plus up to three hours of iterative improvements per month, a basic analytics review, one quarterly improvement recommendation and priority scheduling for small enhancements.
What is quoted separately
New pages, redesigns, new features, campaign production, extensive content and third-party usage costs are outside every plan and are quoted separately. High-usage commerce or special infrastructure may need a custom care price.
Maintenance time
Maintenance time on Maintain and Evolve is for the month it belongs to and does not roll over into the next.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly fee. Domain fees are billed separately, at cost.
Hosting
Managed hosting is recommended because it lets the studio look after a site end to end, but it is not required. Where a client hosts elsewhere, the handoff agreed in the project proposal applies.
Defect warranty
Every launch includes a 30-day defect warranty, which applies whether or not a plan is taken.
